Once your current diet has been analysed you will then be advised on the appropriate changes to meet your health and fitness goals.

Dietary Analyses Clients are given a 7-day Food Diary, which will then be analysed by the Fit File program, which indicates dietary deficiencies, and excesses in:

 

  • Daily calorie intakes
  • Daily protein
  • Carbohydrate
  • Fat
  • Fibre
  • Vitamin and mineral consumption.
