Working out at home might seem a bit of a half way house, where health & fitness is concerned but there are so many benefits reaped by training this way. You don't need to have a treadmill, or rowing machine to maximise your workout. if you live in town or just outside Edinburgh, there are many flexible ways I can train you. Many people don't like the idea of running, but if you think it could be your thing, (even a mile will do!), then what better way to raise the heart rate than a gentle run round the block.
I have a wide range of mobile equipment that I will bring to you, to make your workouts fun, variable and challenging. This includes a stability ball, boxing mitts and pads, resistance bands, medicine balls, handweights, skipping ropes and much more. You'll be surprised how many calories you'll burn by throwing a few punches with some boxing gloves on. You also don't have to worry about travelling anywhere or what time you'll be home, and afterwards you can just jump in the shower, and it's done.
Home training sessions pricing:
Training is priced at £25* for 1/2 hr sessions and £35* for 1 hr sessions.
