'Weights for weight loss' is not a diet, but a balanced programme of nutrition, exercise and personal training based on the latest research that collectively teaches you how to lead a healthier, happier and leaner lifestyle.

There seems to be endless different ways to get in shape. You only need to look in any magazine or bookshop to get an idea of he scale of weight loss diets and exercise regimes available, all claiming to be the formula for success.

So why does it seem so difficult to achieve an ideal body shape or weight, and maintain it?

One reason is that the majority of programmes focus on short-term results and have trained us to measure our success by the bathroom scales.

 

 

In essence, this programme incorporates;

Exercise -

Working with me to achieve a combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training to improve your fitness while maximising fat loss and minimising or gaining lean muscle tissue.

Activity - 

Planned incidental activity to maximise your energy expenditure and ensure long-term fat loss success.

Nutrition -

A low-glycaemic plan with moderately increased protein and reduced fat. This means quality carbohydrates, moderate amounts of quality protein and healthy levels of quality fats helping manage your weight.

These are all combined with the help, support and encouragement of me your Personal Trainer.

 

The Total Package Includes:

An individually tailored exercise program, incorporating a variety of exercise including weight training, cardio workouts and group fitness classes.

12 weeks of nutrition/training education and flexible eating plans allowing you to take control and maximise your results. Two-½ hour training sessions per week for 12 weeks (other options are available).
