Each 45-minute workout consists of four components uniquely combined to maximise results while minimizing your time spent at the gym.
1) Targeted interval training (20 minutes)
Inspire2B’s exclusive circuit training program designed specifically for women. Clients work one-on-one with me alternating weights and cardiovascular exercises. I will target the common problem areas such as arms, hips, and thighs as well as any other individual issues you may have. The exercises will be varied each week to keep it fun and motivating!
2) Core conditioning (5 minutes)
Medicine balls, stability balls, foam rollers, body pod, and flexi-bar amongst others will be used to strengthen and tone the muscles of the midsection.
3) Flexibility development (5-10 minutes)
Post workout - Activated Isolated Stretching, static stretching, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation will be utilized to ensure your muscles stay long and limber. This often-underemphasised component of a training regime is crucial for preventing injury and for getting the most out of your workout.
4) Aerobic conditioning (15 minutes)
I will design a cardiovascular workout specifically for your fitness level.

This evaluation includes functional, strength, and flexibility testing to identify where you may be weak or tight. The information is used to create your personal Express Fitness Program.
Twenty-four 45-minute Express Workouts
Every workout will be performed under the one-on-one supervision of Inspire2B.
Post Evaluation (Free of charge)
This 1-hour test will be administered at the end of your 8-week program.
